2nd melanurus wrasse?

I have a female melanurus in my qt. been there for 1 week. I just found a male the same size. can I add it without problems?

What size is the qt?

I had 2 melas. One at first then a week later got a little big larger one. Both seemed like they were changing into males but there was no aggression. It was a 150g tank with deep sand.

I didn't ask what size the wrasses are or if there is sand but if they are small to medium (less than 4in) and they can hide if needed they should be fine.

both are about 3". qt with only pvc. will be going into a 120 gal. dt.
