2week old vtech stop spinning

helo there,,,i try to call tech support but no luck and left many message but no respond so i will try here then,,i need to know what is going on with one of my vtech its stop spinning now ,,,all the 4 different color light are blinking from orange to blue to green to white,,,please call me at 612 598 9636 help me out or let me know what should i do? i still have all the box and recipt
do i sent it to aquacave where i got it from or send it to ecotech?? to replace new one for me
i boght 2 but only one stop working,,so please call asap thanks
