Will this give me too much flow for yumas, mushrooms and other lower flow liking animals?

I have a closed loop on there that i think i'll direct to the back of the rock work to keep that stirred up and i have a return from my sump, i figure i have about 400gph on the closed loop and maybe 700 gph on the return, not too sure as i can tweak them, so i'm coming in at about 45x';s turn over with the addition of 2 6045's that are coming in the mail , i was wondering if this was too much? and what it would limit me to

also what about placement?back corner to front middle glass? or should ihave them opposing each other on the sides, again i want to keep some shrooms and other lower flow liking things

i've been torn between what pump size to get for a while! now it seems the 6045s are finally available

I don't think it is too much, I have a 6045 and a 6055 Beta model in my 58, the Beta 6055 is only doing about 1000 gph. I have about 300gph of return flow and I think I could use more. I have only polyps, an anemone and a couple leathers.

I haven't had the time for a while. I have way too many hobbies and lately I have been rebuilding an old diesel VW Rabbit Pickup and remodeling my garage. My favorite beers to brew though are dark ales, the local homebrew store has an Aventinus clone I like to make and I also like to make hefe weizen and jazz it up a bit with some honey, it gives it more of that clove/ banana flavor. For some time I have been wanting to try to make a lambic as well. I have made stouts and pale ales as well. I tried lager once but the fermentation got stuck when I chilled it and it came out skunky.
