Second i think is valida and the third looks like caroliniana. The top one I can't quite recall off the top of my head, I'll see if I can remember it but it's one of the only types that is almost fully encrusting.
Defiantly not an efflo, especially if it came in from Bali like that, which I can tell by the base its on. Trust me.
Check out Acropora crateriformis and Acropora minuta... Encrusting only species from that ocean. Also there is A. palmerae which will eventually branch but mostly encrust. All have very similar polyp structure to yours.
I do like the color of yours, I have one that's burnt orange base with a forest green polyps
