3 day old rainbow bubble wont open all the way

As the title suggests, I have a rainbow bubble tip anemone ( LFS told me that, looks different than rose), anyways, he hasn't really opened up. He is on the bottom and lighting is two fluval maine led 2.0s. Its a 55 that is cut in half (divider tank is different on the other side). parms are as follows:

Salinity: 1.028
Ph: 8.2
Ammonia:0
Nitrite:0
Nitrate: 0-5 ( hard to tell )

So. Is he just getting use to his surroundings? What yall think?

Salinity is a little high. What was the salinity of the water it was in? Acclimation procedure?

Probably just getting used to your tank. It should start peaking out and looking for light soon.

ok. Salinity it was in was 1.025. drip acclimated it.
