3 gallon pico cooling

hello everyone :)
i was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good fan to use to cool down my little tank. it gets to about 85 degrees in there and i KNOW that isnt good for the dwarf SH i am planning to put in there.
i know people can take computer fans and rig em up to use them for cooling but i am not as crafty ^^;; i was hoping to just find a nifty fan to plug into an electrical socket and have it go.

there is nothing in it right now except a piece of fish to help the cycle and i dont plan on putting anything in there until i can get this water under control.

also...any dwarf keeping tid bits would be nice :) i dont think you can ever have too much information.

thank you for helping me out :)

You should be able to find a small clip on fan at any large retail store, and position it to blow at your tank. Shouldn't cost much and will be very effective at cooling.

Warning a problem with air-cooling a tank with a fan is you will have a lot of evaporation. This will be even worse in a small 3g tank, could cause large salinity swings.

yes i knew that was a possibility
which is why i have my salinity at the lower end of what is acceptable. so that if it goes up it wont be a ridiculous high amount of salt. i am also very ocd with water level and water changes and so on >_< im hoping this will make it easier.
