3 Gallon Refugium Light

I just added a 3 gallon fuge to the side of my 90 gallon tank using a drilled jbj picotope I had. I'm thinking about lighting for it and I want something strong enough to grow cheato and maybe a couple other macros but small and nice looking because its outside the cabinet. I was wondering if the 9 w light that comes with this tank is enough. Any thoughts, or other ideas? Heres a bad phone picture of it.

i am looking to do something similar. i believe you have a few options:

1. 65 watt grow bulb with clip on lamp from lowes

2. a custom led fixture with custom made housing

3. i believe it is coralife that had a mini t5 fixture(this is the route im going to go) it houses two 6 inch t5 lights that pack quite a punch.

I was thinking about getting the JBJ refugium light. Anyone tried that? seems over priced.
