3 MP40 placement?

Simple question:

My tank is 48 x 18 x 30. I have three MP40s (the third was given to me) that I'd like to use. What is the optimal placement and programming in this situation? By programming I mean, which powerhead(s) should be slaves and which should be master pumps?

Most likely you are going to want one on each side and then one in the middle of the back glass. One of the side pumps should be the master.

I like the reefcrest and lagoon modes personally, but also run my tank in constant mode and NTM for part of the day too. You just have to experiment with EcoSmartLive and what works for your tank.
