Dear Fosters and Smith

I live in Phoenix Az and will be attending my second conference this year. I would like to know three things:

When will the auction both live and silent items be posted as I'm planning on coming away with a few items this year I realize it won't be until a couple weeks before?

Second, will there be the the same sale as last year as far as the instant ocean and reef crystals
4 for $100

Thirdly, Would there be any chance to have an autograph time or maybe have nice picture of the good doctors and Kevin so when we do run into them we could have them scribble on it for us. I tried taking pictures last year but by the time I had them processed and got them back I could find either of the doctors to sign it.

Last thankyou for pushing it back one week having it 4th of july weekend was very difficult for those of us that were drving in the hotels were higher and the gas was higher. :dance:

Thank you for contacting us with your excellent questions regarding the upcoming 4th Annual Coral Conference and Frag Swap. We would like to confirm that we plan on posting as many of the live and silent auction items as we can, but they will not be available to view until much closer to the actual event. Although we do not have an exact date as to when this information will be posted; we anticipate having it available 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

We will also be offering special sales again this year. This will include a salt sale similar to the sale that was offered last year. There will be a sales flyer posted online and on Reef Central confirming this information as soon as it becomes available.

We certainly appreciate your suggestion regarding photos and autographs. This suggestion has been forwarded for review. We are also pleased to announce that all pre-registered guests and traders will be automatically entered into a drawing for one lucky attendee and up to five friends to win a 30 minute personal tour of the Aquaculture Facility. This will be presented by Kevin Kohen.

Thank you for your patience while we checked with Race regarding photos and autographs. Race was able to attend the first three Annual Coral Conference and Frag Swaps, unfortunately, this year the date’s conflict with other work plans and regretfully he is unable to attend. However, as mentioned by Jen, Kevin Kohen will be present overseeing the conference. He will also be spending some time at our expert table answering questions and he is a scheduled speaker at this year’s event. His presentation is on Coral Pest and Means of Control. As we get closer to the conference we will have the dates and times of the speakers.

We hope that everyone enjoys the 4th Annual Coral Conference and Frag Swap this year. See you soon.
