30 gal lighting

i have a 30 gal that id like to upgrade the lighting on. im lookin at this: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/Product/Prod_Display.cfm?pcatid=13922&N=2004+113352 would this light be sufficient enough to handle an anemonie/clam down the road? its 150w 14000k. thanks in advance.

jbj also makes a simalar light called the k-2 viper and it is also 150w 14,000k. i have this light on a 29g reef and it is plenty.

tagging along, I too am looking for a light to go over a 30 cube. I also would like to have a clam. Is 150 watt enough light, or should we go 250? Is 250 too much light (possibly harmful)?

150 watts MH should be good for that tank.
