30" sump and 48" stand for sale in SD

I have a sump made by SoCalCreations for sale. Measures 30"x12"x16" lxwxh. 3 compartments and is currently plumbed for an external pump with a true union ball valve? Asking $125

I also have a perfect stand for a 90g tank or any other tank w/ a footprint of 48" x 18". Very nice looking piece of furniture, and fully capable of supporting a tank (had my 90 on there for 8+ months before I upgraded). Asking around $350. Oh, homemade canopy included.

Willing to wheel and deal, but not too much.
Everything is located in San Diego, CA and shipping is not an option.

How old is the sump?

Can't remember exactly, but not tooo old. Still works great. If you want, I'll even scrape all the coralline off of it, heh.
