300-350 gallon flow from sump, design my returns!

I have a quietone pump in my 20tall refugium that will be pushing 300-350GPH with the amount of head it has. It's going in my 46bowfront and I want to set the live rock angle up to the left side of the tank and have macros growing out of the aragonite on the right side of the tank.

My tank is plumbed with two returns in the back corners. Should I make them both spraybars or a spray/nozzle on each of them? I want to have some softies and any LPS or SPS if possible on my live rock.

Flare nozzles with that amount of return. If the return amount was significantly higher then spraybars would be needed.

LPS is out because of the sting the posses, SPS is diffucult, with seahorses, very few are succsessful, the SPS really don't like being hitched to and the water flow for horses tanks and that needed for SPS do not align easily. Softies are great.

And I'm realizing that this is way too much flow for a refugium.....gotta put the tank back another 2 days to get some glass glued in lol

I don't think that's to much flow for a fuge IME. I've run higher and still been happy with the refugium performance. JME.

What I'm thinking, is......lemme see, I'll lay it out and then describe it....

tank wall IIII refugium IIII pump IIII bubble wall IIII skimmer and drain III tank wall

okay, that's it from left to rgith, but it flows from right to left LOL

So, I was thinking if I put the pump in the middle, have eggracrate between the pump and the refugium, and a 5" tall piece of glass at the bottom of the eggcrate, that it should keep the flow down significantly. I was going ot have it flow through the refugium and then to through the eggcrate to the pump, but this way is better since it will create water motion but not a rushing motion........that way my pods can grow
