This is an unusual post for this site - since It's my tank but the sale is being brokered by John and Jennifer. Any questions or offers should be directed to them (if you need details on who that might be - PM me).
The broker is only handling the sale. Moving will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
I am not parting out. This is an all-in-one turn-key sale.
