300 gallon sps tank question

Hello all

getting ready to set up a bb 300 gallon sps tank.now this tank will set in front of a picture window now should I cover the back of the tank or take use of the sunlight to help with lighting
I am either going to go with led or t5.also going to use two wp60 pumps to move water around as well as return from sump

IMO, cover (limo tint)/paint the back for two reasons, 1) you want to control the lighting schedule as much as possible. 2) You want to control the light spectrum and the sunlight will tend to lead to algae issues if your water parameters are not always spot on/very carefully controlled, and even then......
