If you were going to build a 300gallon wall tank, would you build a plywood,concrete, or all glass aquarium. and tell me why, Thanks Jimmy

Glass. PLywood, and concrete are better suited to larger tanks and they are going to be around the same price as the 300 Glass. The Plywood and Concrete become more cost effective the larger you go basicly because your time is free.
