30gal for sale

Here is my tank that i am selling, me and my husband are moving out of this state in a few months and i would rather not try to move it and just start over bigger when i get settled. I took the pics just after my lights turned on so my poyps and mushrooms and xenia arn't fully extended yet.

But everything will be included
30gal tank, stand, filter (just a pengiun for water movement), prism protein skimmer (needs to be cleaned, but does work), lights (power compacts)( bulbs are just about a year old), heater, all other odds and ends(mag float, air pump(electric, & battery powered), food, 4- 5 gal buckets& containers, test kits, etc. )
30 lbs live rock, 40 lbs live sand. xenia, yellow ployps, mushrooms, misc snails and crabs, 2 false percs.

I am talking best offer for this so please let me know if you are interested I would rather not split up. I live in the Plantation area. ( if you give me a good offer(to both me and you) its yours. I have put about $800 into this tank and it has been runing for 3 years.

I would really not split anything up and would rather sell it as a whole. If it comes down to it i will repost with what i have and take offers that way. But I am looking for say best offer for the tank (everything included)

as far as what i am looking to get for my tank. I am really not sure. I was hoping 250-300 but i know i might be way off as i have never bought or sold a tank before that is why i am saying best offer.

And depending on offers if i dont get any in my range i will go lower if need be as long as it goes to a good home I would hate for it to just go down hill. But it is really hard for me to keep it up right now with all the plans on moving and my trips back and forth so I would like to have it sold soon in order for it to stay thriving.

As I posted in the second thread:

I just spoke with my friend Gina. She'll buy it from you for your last asking price ($200) and pick everything up on November 18th.

I'll be along to help with the lifting, to make sure the animals are transported safely and humanely, and to set up everything when she gets it home.

Also, I personally guarantee that she'll pick up everything on that date for that price, or else I will buy it myself, with all of our local on-line reefers as my witness
