3155 and 5074 min. reservoir ?

I just ordered the Osmolator Universal 3155 and Calcium Dispenser. I did not order the 7 gal bucket as I do not have that much room under my tank and only need about a 5 gal bucket. Does the Calcium Dispenser have a minimum reservoir specification or can it be used in any reservoir size?

It does have a minimum height requirement, I think a 5gallon bucket is the minimum height that will work, the dispenser is pretty tall.

Thanks that is what I needed to know. I will wait till the unit arrives before buying a reservoir. I am still a little fuzzy on how it exactly works since I haven't been able to find electronic documentation or pictures of it installed. Have any?

I installed the auto top off system from Tunze last night and so far all is great. Basically does everything I needed to do without complication.

I have been a little intimidated by Tunze equipment in the past because it looks complicated and a little out of the norm. I just used to pass by it in the catalogues. I will now be giving them a closer look before I buy anything. They seem to have it down! I hope this may help someone decide. Thanks rvitko!
