3155 ozmolator problem

Ok so my ozmolator is not working like it should.
I've had for a month or two In use and it's been working great till yesterday.

This is what is doing, low led light is blinking and the green level led Is on.
Sensors are placed correctly according to instructions.

I've tried unplugging from outlet to reset the controller, when I do that the pump comes on for a few seconds the it stops and the red low led starts blinking.

I could use some help here. Since this was a brand new when I purchased it.

I answered your PM, you didn't include the info that the green light was on with the red too low, is this correct?
