Holds 5 - 36 inch, 39w bulbs.
Recently bought this for the same price ($250) off of a person in the Cleveland club but ended up not using it. It works perfectly and is in good shape. It has 5 individual reflectors for the bulbs and is fan cooled.
Does not come with bulbs, however I have quite a few 36 inch T-5 bulbs that were used less than a week for $10.
This is made to sit directly on the tank, but could also be hung over a larger 4ft tank.
They also make legs for this if you wanted it to be up off of the tank a few inches.
I can bring this to the meeting next week and will post pictures tonight.
These sell for about $450 (plus shipping) new.
