Hi All,

I'm looking at this 365 gallon tank measuring 84"Long x 50" Tall x 20 Deep.

Speaking wit the guy, he tells me he has had it sitting covered for over 7 years. It has two hole in the corner for in/out flow.

The tank is glass, about 1/2" or 5/8" thick or so and has the old looking metal frames top and bottom. According to him it does not leak and it was a store front display tank running saltwater, over 7 years ago nad he bought it for $1k.

He is selling it BEST OFFER over $600 and it comes with a iron stand/

This a good deal or something to stay away from?

Please let me know and help me out! I have to make up my mind by no later than tomrrow evening!

thanks in advance,
Homer

50 tall? it will be tough to light for a reef tank, maybe a fowley but also consider how you would touch the bottom. it cant be 1/2 inch at that height unless you mean 20 tall and 50 wide then its all a different story.

You think the glass should be thicker because it's 50" tall?
Yeah, I thought about the whole light issue. 1000 watts you think?

thanks!

Sorry Whiskey, but I did not take any pictures of it.

I don't even know if it's still available. I've emailed the guy several times without hearing back.
