dennis, yes i agree Beldts had a great selection of fish & corals & some great prices, clown tang is much more colorful under my lighting, glad to hear the purple & kole tangs are eating already.

I got a 2 Ã"šÃ‚½-3" clown about 3 months ago. He is just now starting to change in color. Right now he is blue with little Yellow Dot's Can't wait till he changes in color. Very cool fish! I have read it is one of the most hardest Tangs to keep.. I didn't know that at the time of purchase, but he is doing great. He picks at the algae in the tank. I donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t have much algae in the tank, so if I put stuff in for him, and he doesn't touch it.

lonnie, what does he like to eat?

Mysis and Cyclopeeze. He picks at the rock all day long but I don't have much algae in my main tank at all. He hasn't touch anything I have put in there yet. Cheato, Algae that looks like a Feather even seaweed select. Dosn't touch it at all.

lonnie, you sure thats a clown tang? i saw some 1-2" ones at MS once & they had the same colors as mine does now. Mine is only 4-5".

Well, I was going by the tag at beldts. and He has color stripes of Yellow if you look realy close at him. He even has yellow dots starting on his face. I will have to look around now to see What else he could be?
