37x Turnover

Too much for LTA? I dont ask this because my anem is closed up, it is WIDE open, huge. I have a 37x turnover in my tank, but it is not being hammered with flow. Just swaying, looks great. I have very turbulent random flow, not in any one direction.

If it looks good, then leave it as is. A high turnover is a good thing, it prevents nutrients from settling out, instead the protein skimmer is able to get the waste out.
