4 bulb t5?

Due to my tank having an internal c2c overflow, the 6 bulb ati sunpower would be a tight fit. The bulbs are stretch almost exactly from the overflow to the edge of the tank with an inch and a half to spare, if the fixture was resting on the tank. Would I be better served getting a 4 bulb fixture? I am asking in the SPS forum as my goal is to keep a variety of Montipora.

Its going on a standard 75. Im worried that if I keep it down low, it'll be too bright and burn the corals, and that if I raise it up, the light wont get underneath the overflow

Why not just go with the six bulb? That's what I'm going with most likely and it's about 13" wide, so that's just puzzling me.

But anyways if you go with four bulbs, you can still keep Montipora, you'll just be a little more limited. Lighting is not the only factor in a successful reef aquarium. If you go four bulb, you could always get the dimmable powermodule which would be sweet.

Good luck! :)
