4 inch sump sock drill hole needed - quick question/help

Need to know the drill hole size for that 4 inch sump drain sock. I need to drill the hole without having the sock. Is the hole 4 inches and the sock "lid" is bigger?
Can someone measure the opening for me? The sock is standard 4 inch size. I'm pretty sure they are all the same.

I made a hole jig for a triple 4 inch sock holder and the hole was about 3.78-3.8 inches.
