4 line popeye?

it looks as if it is getting larger.

no new fish have been introduced.

there is however a rouge mantis shrimp that came in on my LR that im sure is growing by the second, maybe he slapped him around a little.

Yes, It does. Looks like a pretty bad case too.

I personally would not remove this fish as netting it can cause more trama to the eye, unless he is under substantial stress from other tank mates.

Make sure to keep good water quality and keep a close eye on it for secondary infections

In time more often then not once the condidtion runs it course, its not really a disease per say, the eye will start to clear.

I would def. add come vitamines like selecon to the food for him and I might even look into an antibotic like kanamycin for infection.
