In my experience they are a little less aggressive, but not by much. It also varies with individuals. Im on my second attempt at trying to keep a 4 line. The last one I had to remove after he started picking on a new fairy wrasse that I added. Im hoping this guy will be less aggressive then the last and since I am done adding new fish.
u cant really say that. there are plenty of us on here that have had them be nothing but perfect reef fish. my first 6 line was alittle agressive but never killed or destroyed anthing. the 1 i have now has never been agressive at all. he has been a great adittion to my tank.
my 4line has also been a great fish. but i have noticed him pick at 1 of my clowns a few times when i first put him in the tank. but now they all are fine.
My fourline will kill any wrasse I add to my tank. I had to catch him and put him in my sump for a little over a month. I then added a couple of fairy wrasses and let them become established. I then added the four line back into the display and he has never bothered any of the fairy wrasses.
i agree with 007 it really depends on the size tank, how many fish are in it, what kind of fish and of course the individual fish. but mine have been great.
