4 out of 6 fish sick, pox virus?

At this point four out of my six fish are sick. It started with the green clown gobies. At first it looked like marine white spot but as it has progressed it looks more like a virus to me. The white spots are not ON the skin, but actually under it. They do cause a bump but you can see there is a visible thickness of skin between the surface of the white spot and the surface of the skin. It started to go away twice but has come back strong and has now infected my female percula and my tiger goby. The only two fish who so far do not show any signs are the male percula and the algae blenny. All parameters check out (pH 8.3, temp 77, NO3 0, NO2 0, NH3 0, PO4 0.5, salinity/SG with refractometer 1.024).
Here is a pic of one of the green clown gobies from a couple days ago.

And the same one even worse just last night:

What do you guys think?

Is there a film, or light coating on the body in addition to the pronounced white dots? By the looks of it it could either be a severe infestation of ich or worse--Marine Velvet. If it is the latter, it is usually a death sentence at this stage.

It sounds like Brooklynella. If one fish has a parasite all have the parasite even if they do not show any symptoms. The tank is also infected and must remain fallow, fish-less for 8 weeks to get rid of the parasites. Go to FishVet site and follow their chart to see if it will isolate your problem. The site URL is http://www.fishvet.com/sw_parasite_chart.htm ACT QUICKLY. I recommend Formalin baths, its the only thing that will eliminate Ich in its various forms ( I include Marine Velvet with Ich because its cure is the same) and Brook, Formalin is the only cure for Brook. Check out the chart and act quickly.

Doesn't match anything on either chart. From everything I have read it has progressed like a virus, but the distribution on the body doesn't match that of lymphocystis.
