4 x MJ1200 vs. 2 x Seio's

Would 4 x MJ1200 on a wavemaker/timer be better than vs. 2 x Seio 620?

I'm looking into getting a 75G tank...I kinda like the Seio's best (2 PH's instead of 4, but the wavemaker option seems better to me than just 2 contimuous running Seio's

Thoughts?

Please dont tell me to go with Tunzes and controllers...

Well the 4 Maxi-Jet 1200s are going to use about 10X the watts of the 2 Seio 620s, however it may be better to have more than just 2 powerheads for that tank. Maybe the 2 Seio 620's and a couple of the Maxi-Jet 900's? There is also the Maxi-Jet 900 mod to consider of course too.

Also, if you set them up to have a good random turbulent flow, the wavemaker wouldn't really be a necessity IMO.

For a 75g, id recommend two seio 820's or two seio 1100's. A maxi jets 1200 is like a fire hose and fish dont like that. Seios give you MUCH wider softer flow.
