40 Breeder with iwaki 40 RXT?

I am in the planning process of planning a 40 gallon breeder build and can't seem to find the info I'm looking for. I plan to utilize a 40 gallon sump with. The fuge (slow flow) fed off the return. I would also like to employ a manifold for 2 to 3 reactors and possibly a chiller. I currently have an Iwaki 40 RXT I was planning to use for a 75 gallon build that I would like to utilize if possible.
The needs.
1. A pump that will run the return, fuge, all the reactors, and possibly a chiller.
2. Must be quiet.
3. External pump (to avoid heat transfer)

The questions.
1. Is it possible to throttle the pump down enough?
2. How loud will the pump be in the living room?
3. If this pump is way too much, any recommendations?

If you get a energy efficient pump there won't be much heart transfer. Like one of those dc pumps that uses 21watts

If I am force to get a new pump I am seriously considering a dc like the tunze .

Any of the Iwaki pumps that have a fan are far from quiet. For a 75 gal DT you won't need more than 400 gph after head loss
