BORIGIRL - Hey stranger!!! Send me some links to your tank..Id really like to see them. You have a great touch when it comes to aquascaping, I rem your nano was amazing...

I will post some pics later on this week....everythins been going well with the tank.

Thanks BRISK495

I already have the water and sand in with about 20 lb of live rock in it just waiting for the water to clear a little before I add my corals. Wife has the Digital camera so I can't take any pics until she comes back, but as soon as she does I'll post em up. I too am running a pendant (AB) with a 250W Phoenix 14K and I love the color of this bulb. I highly recommend it.

apedroza,

The tank looks great You have a nice mixture of corals in the tank!Nice variation of softies and SPS....what are your additions and filtration???

Thanks for the complment. I use kent essential elements, Seachem reef builder Concentrated Iodine from kent and DTs Phyto. I also add Calcium Hydroxide ( Pickling Lime) once a month to my topoff water. I want to add alot more SPS eventually but I need to get rid of the galaxia corlal.. Its sweepers are way to long.

My filtration is the internal DAS filter I gutted (a picture of the chambers can be seen in my gallery) There some live rock rubble in one of the chambers that will hold some macro algae and act as a refugium. I will be adding a tunze skimmer soon but right now I am using a BakPak2 for skimming

Thanks Alien

I was really disappointed when my montipora broke in half The way it was spiralling was awesome hopefully both pieces will take off and I'll end up with 2 huge piece. As soon as I get rid of the galaxia, I wil add some more acros.

Well I was able to get rid of that pesky Galaxia Coral. My poor Bubble coral was all messed up today hopefully it recovers. Anyways I was able to get some Small Zooanthid colonies, a red Open Brain and a small acropora frag so I think I did OK. Here are a few pics
