400 MH w/ Pulse start Ballast

Can any one help me? Bin thinking about putting a 400 watt Pendant over my 30x30 Cube, The tank is 24 inches deep. Got a chance to buy a 400 watt Hamilton set-up, It comes with a Pendant, HQI DE 20 k bulb and 400 Pulse start Ballast. The guy wants 100 bucks for it. Any draw backs to this type of set-up is it junk or a good deal. Please let me know.

not a bad deal at all. good ballast, don't know what kind of reflector and bulb but i am sure they will work well or at least can beupgraded later.
