me
i recently bought a 400g acrlic tank, 96*36*26.5 high.theres a center island over flow. ive been working on the stand for the past week, and today i plan on putting the tank on the stand. the tank will be mostly sps, with a few softies. im going barebottom, because ive been having trouble with sand in my current 155, and 72.
the skimmer will be an asm G6, i will have 3 closed loops, my return pump will be a mag 3600.
lighting will be 3 250w,1 400w mh,and 2 4' vhos.

here are some pics of the stand, its not fully done, the corners need to be attached. i made it my self, with no help from anyone:)

let me know what you think.

does anyone know where i can get a big rubbermaid sump?, i cant find them anywhere. im looking for 100-150g.

and i made pvc racks for the rock work, and now i need that crate to finish it off,(so the rocks can sit on it).does anyone know where i can get that???

First off the stand looks terrific. My husband does woodwork as a hobby and he built my stand and cabinet when I had my 90 gal going. I love the trim on yours.
My question is, do you have a picture of the back view of the tank? I would like to see how the framework is holding up your rock. I would like to do something similar when I get my 400.
Your tank looks awesome. The only thing I would do is try to hide the overflow. The rest of the rockwork looks great. I started this hobby at age 15 so it's nice to see someone so young doing such a great job, very impressive.
