400w MH for you 250w

I picked up a 400w PFO dual HQI ballast with XM 10K mogul socket bulbs. I also have the wiring but no reflectors or moguls (they're built into my canopy) Previous owner reports 2mo. use on the bulbs, I have no reason to doubt based on the performance.

I would like to trade for a similar 250w system or even better, a similar 250w plus a pendant.

These guys are a little too bright for my 72.

Still available, I need bulbs with the setup and would really like HQI or electronic.
