400w to much light?

I have 2 400w halides on a 200 gal is this to much light for a frogspawn and a torch? I keep other LPS in this setup but these are my first torch and froggy.

Depending on the Kelvin of the bulbs, they could be to bright, you may want to put them in a low shady spot.
