Does anyone know the exact outside dimensions of the frame of a 40B to 1/16"? I want to build my stand while I have access to lots of tools here in OH but don't have a tank here.

36 3/16 x 18 1/4 x 16 15/16
Most sites just listed -- 36 x 18 x16

I knew it was a bit bigger than 36" x 18" but couldn't remember by how much.
