OK, I have officially moved out of Stockton. I cannot take my 40B with me so it has to go. Just needs sump, plumbing pipe and canopy. Tank drilled for herbie style overflow. Rock/foam back wall. T5 lights, assorted powerheads, sump pump, bucket of seachem salt, couple 5g buckets of rock (no sand, I dumped it) it all goes with.

The catch,...
I now live 1.5hr drive away. The tank is in my old apartment in Stockton, hence the deadline of getting rid of it. So we will have to schedule a time. Weekends are generally best, but something can be arranged for a weekday evening (after 6:30 since it takes time for me to get there)
A little more about the tank. After I built it, I was stocking it up and enjoying the hell out of it. Some SPS, softies, LPS, a clam, and of course, fish, my favorite being my pearly jawfish.
Then my little brother was killed. During that hellish time, the tank crashed due to neglect, killed everything. After I recovered somewhat emotionally, I just didn't have the enthusiasm to restart the tank. So its been pretty much empty since then. Thought about selling the tank and starting up something smaller but life took over and didn't really have much time. Now I am forced to get rid of the tank. I need it gone and don't want to haggle over price, nor do I want to deal with the freaks on Craigslist, so posting here.
