i must be missing something i see one hole an it looks as if its in the middle of tank are they drilled on the same side? and is there a place to run the plumming throu the stand?

The picture is at an angle. There are holes in the upper left and right back corners. Center of holes are about 2.5 inches from each end. The plumbing would run into back of the stand where there is an opening. It is a typical pine stand.

The holes are on the back pane. The fron pane is facing you. One is obscured by the corner of the tank on the left side. Here is another picture:
