45 gallon custom tank silicone question

Hello again. I am currently rebuilding a tank I bought for real cheap. The silicone work on it was nasty, and needed a complete rebuild. The bottom glass was not cut very well, it is not a perfect rectangle, so I have decided to silicone it together using the injection method. I got everything as even as possible with clamps, nice and square, and injected, with no bubbles but have some questions for anyone with experience with injection or gaps between glass.

How far of a gap can there be between the glass (injected with silicone) and be safe?

The only gap I am most worried about is at one bottom corner, it is about 4mm wide, so it is filled with 4mm silicone, no bubbles. I am worried since silicone seems to be very flexible, On the last tank I made I could move the side glass panels in and out a little when dried.

Also. My silicone started to dry before I got to seal it with my finger, so I will have to remove the seal silicone, and redo it. Is this safe? I imagine so, since this is how you reseal a leaking tank without disassembling it. I will not remove silicone between the glass.

I am new to building tanks, and I am doing this as a hobby. So any input would be great.

PS. I went with injection method over traditional, since I had corner clamps, and could square everything as good as possible before adding silicone, since the tank is not completely square. The owner before me had an even more poor job with the same glass and it held.

Tank dimensions: 70cm wide, 60cm wide, 45cm tall.

No way would I fill a tank or sleep at night with a 4mm gap personally..

and yes you can remove the inner (non-structural) seals and redo them without taking the whole tank apart..

I might have exaggerated the 4mm, when fully dry I will flip it over and measure. What would be an acceptable gap?

I'm not really sure and I'm sure there are a ton of variables.
A quick search of the silicone performance datasheet didn't make mention of joint thickness at which the testing was performed at..

Given the best materials/construction,etc... I personally wouldn't want to see a gap over 2mm
