46gal bowfront canopy

I can not seem to find a canopy for my 46gal bowfront anywhere.
So I guess I am going to try and build one. Just wondering if anyone has plans for one or has any advice for building one for a bowfront tank.

Here is one I made for my bowfront. It held 4x39w T5HO, When I upgraded to 2x175 MH I had to add some height to it and it got a little ugly...
The front bow is only 1/8 plywood with a frame cut with a jigsaw. I couldn't find any plans so I made this up a I went. Maybe it's a help to you.
I sure miss my Bowfront...

You could buy bendable plywood from Rockler.com that would make that front curve easer.

How did you bend the wood for the front bow?
Im Building one like yours and i cant come up with a way to bend it. Maybe soak in water or just use really thin wood? I
