Its that time of year again!!!

This year we've relocated it from Ann Arbor to a MUCH larger facility, just outside of Ann Arbor, in Dexter, Just outside AnnArbor, and very close/easy access to the highway to accommodate the growing interest in the Ann Arbor Area Swap. We had quite the turn out last year and have grown out of our old spot! We look forward to seeing all the folks that previously attended the last 3 Ann Arbor area events as well as new swappers from all levels of the hobby. This swap will surely be one not to miss!!!

Edit-

Supposed to read-

$25 per full table + Raffle donation Includes admission for 2
$15 per half table + Raffle donation Includes admission for 1

If a Mod could fix this it would be appreciated.

Also, due to the tables, we have been able to up the tank sizes to 50 gallons/ full table, or 25 gallons per 1/2 table!!!

Tables are flying out of here!!!

Think we will stop table sales at 25 tables.....possibly a few more-

So get them while you can!!!

I have been waiting for a swap to come to Ann Arbor area and cannot wait to attend! Looking forward to it

Perfect, I have been wanting to go to a swap and now i have one within walking distance.

how many people attending last year and do you have any vendors registered for the swap? just curious, was thinking of driving up. thanks

Not sure about posting non- sponcering vendors or not.....but we have in total around 25 8 ft. tables of vendors lined up so far this year, and are expecting more than 250 people to attend. Hoping to break the 300 mark though! Plenty of room for more in the new huge location!

Yes- they have been set.

The swap goes from 1pm till 5pm and the social gathering afterwards at the local bar and grill will go from 5pm till ???.

Vendors/table holders will have access as early as 9:30am to set up, and give plenty of time for things to settle in and open up.

2011 Ann Arbor Swap to be Broadcast Live

We’re planning on a live broadcast of this year’s Ann Arbor Swap. We’ll be on the air about an hour before the swap begins with our “Vendor Showcase” – a 60 second visit with all available vendors giving you an early preview of the show floor and an opportunity to meet the vendors and get glimpse of what they have available.

In addition to the Vendor Showcase, we’ll cover much of the swap including the raffle and post-event social. There is also a chat feature - We’ll have a laptop setup streaming audio and video enabling those who can't attend to interact with those on-site (and put a face with a screen name.) Everyone able to attend make sure you visit the video station and introduce yourself to our remote attendees!

We’re just working out the final details and will post the website for access in the next couple of days.

Coral Sea Dreaming - Awaken

Another addition to this year’s swap – We’ll be previewing David Hannan's Coral Sea Dreaming – Awaken. This film was just introduced at MACNA to rave reviews. The dive photography is stunning and the narration inspiring. Everyone will enjoy this production (in Blue Ray HD), including children that might otherwise be bored at a swap event.

Please feel free to add any comments or suggestion to see to this thread. We’re hoping to see you at the swap – either in person, or virtually!
