Yes 3k is too much for today times. But from the looks of the tank is has been established for some time (which is kind of evident with all the xenia and the hundreds of zoa polyps on the rocks).

If that's the case and the owner hasn't been "surfing" the web to make additional purchases, he/she may not know how far down prices have dropped.

Would like to know what kind of mushrooms those are in the 4th pic though... pretty awesome looking.
