I don't mean to intrude on your forum. I am in Santa Barbara and need to sell my set up due to an unexpected move.
I am so sad to have to sell my reef. I recently moved to a new location and the floor is uneven and space is limited. I have a reef aquarium that I now need to sell before the end of the month: Pictures to follow shortly - or email for pictures.
50 Gallon Clear 4 life Acryllic Uniquarium - no scratches $300
50 lbs of live rock - all bought from the ocean floor at $8 a lb = $400
40 lbs of live sand - $40
Venturi Skimmer and rio pump - $100
Pine stand - $180
Coralife lights - 95watts x 2 plus moonlights
New Maxi jet power head - $20
Tons of test kits and misc equip = priceless
Corals:
Green Hammer coral - $50
Tons of pumping hands Xenia
GSP
Green Candy = $25
5 zoanthid colonies (all thriving) at least $50
5 different types of mushrooms - lots of mushies (green ricordia) = priceless
green galaxia
Oscilarius Clown - awesome personality
Green clown goby - greatest fish ever
Carpenters Flasher Wrasse - female
3 turbo snails
queen conch
margarita snails
too many creatures to list - very alive
Paid close to $1400 for everything. Set up Cinco De Mayo 2005, very established. I have always used Natural Sea Water from UCSB and RO water from the water store.

I am looking for something around $700-$800
I apologize for invading your forum, i just figured that LA is not too far from Santa Barbara and there are lots of reefers there.
