It is a Acanthurus Maculiceps ( spotted Cheek Tang )....:rollface:

Is this a juvi or an adult? Does the juvi look different from the adult? What other names does it go by?

You won't find much info on this fish . It is an adult and the juv. colors are much different. I have only seen 2 of these fish in 10yrs......Mike:rollface: :rollface:
