50w led turns off

Hi I have finished building my led fixture with 3 50w multichips. One of them turns off for about 1 second then turns back on for about 10-15 seconds then turns off again.
I have checked the voltage and it is around 27-28. Anybody got a clue?

most need 30-36V to run.. What power supply, how are the 3 hooked up? ect..

Need complete schematic, specs of power supplies/led drivers and specs of LEDs (Vf and current rating).

I bought the drivers from the same place but over a year apart for one of them. Of the 3 2 are 30-36 and the other 24-36v all at 1.5A. Shouldn't a wider voltage range be better? The 3 drivers are connected identical. One plug to the wall to a terminal block and then all drivers to the block.

You must understand that more information is needed if you want to figure out what the problem is. For instance, when you say "50w multichip LEDs", this does not reveal anything about the # of channels, the voltage/amperage parameters of each channel, and whether the channels are wired in series or parallel or a combination thereof.

If your power supply was marketed as an LED driver, we could probably assume that it outputs a constant 1.5A anywhere between 24-36v range based on the information you provided. It's now equally important to know what the requirements/limits of the LEDs are.

Preliminarily, my guess is either A) the voltage requirement to drive the LED is just higher than what the driver outputs, or B) somehow this mysterious LED has a built-in heat-driven auto shutoff, or C) wired wrong, or D) miscellaneous malfunction

I noticed it's not the driver that has 24-36v the problem. It's one of the ones I had purchased with the leds. I don't have the specs for the leds anymore. .. I will purchase another.
