55-gal (not RR) set-up in Bloomington

Hey, guys, it's been fun but I think I've reached the point where it's time to take a break from the hobby. The only tank I have left is the 55 at work. I'd need to sell it as a whole since I don't want to have half a set-up sitting in the lobby at work (my boss would really frown on that!). Here are the specs:
Remora Pro HOB skimmer w/a 2-month-old Mag3, 100+ lbs live rock, spawning pair of onyx percs, bonded pair of bangaii (they are from the same parents, a brood that I raised), and a pink-spotted goby. The percs and goby are at least 4 years old, I bought them from another hobbyist when he took his tank down. A few snails/hermits. A rose bta that the percs host. A few soft corals (loads of anthelia, zenia, few mushrooms, a green polyped sarco that started self-propagating 2 months ago, some zoas). I see the signs of a flatworm issue trying to get started, but that's probably a water quality issue--I've gotten so busy that I haven't done a water change since I don't know when. I'd recommend dipping the rocks in flatworm exit before putting them in the display. PFO pendant that houses 2 MH SE (I have 250W 14k in it at the moment), 2 110W VHO and a cooling fan. PFO dual 250W ballast (tar), Icecap 660 ballast. That's about all that I can think of at the moment. I'll try to get some pictures up in a day or two.

Unless you want all the livestock (rock included) don't ask me to part it out. I really can't have this tank in partial tear-down at work. It's either all up or all down, I can't have it in between or my boss'll have my head! Asking $500. The pendant alone cost me twice that much. Asking low to try to get it out of there ASAP.

It looks like I have someone who'll take the livestock (rocks, fish, coral). Any interest in the drygoods?

Tank is glass, fair number of scratches, back is mirrored. Stand is wrought-iron (black). Tank is not reef-ready nor do I have an overflow. Hope I remembered everything. I do have some other misc equipment (couple extra maxi-jets, frag-cutting forceps, gloves, etc).

All of that was included in the original offer along with livestock, tank and stand and now you're asking $50 more?!

Yep, b/c now I have to deal with the hassle of parting it out and setting up multiple appointments. Plus I had to transport all of it out of the office. I'm not under the time constraints to move it asap, so I can now waitfor wait I still think are far lower than the usual asking prices for these items. Looks like the ballasts, single mh pendants, and remora are already sold, btw.

I'm surprised you haven't sold everything in one day! Let me say those are great prices, I have (or once had) much of the exact same stuff, ballasts and everything, and paid much more for them used on RC. Good luck selling it, and I hope you get the love for the hobby back soon. It never really leaves you.
