What do you guys and gals use the drums for?

To hold RO water?

Yep! thats what mine is for. Have it on a stand about 4' high with a ball valve near the bottom. Its great to have 45ish gals of RO water when I need it.

I will have 5 total to support my grow out system.

4 are for mixing and aging new salt water

1 is for holding RO for quick access to topoff water.

nothing like 250 gallons of water, just waiting to be used by turning on a pump.

Buhahahahahaha

These things are great when you have a large tank. I have a 180. I use one for to store R/O water. It is about 2 feet off the ground, my r/o system fills it directly, I have a bulkhead on the bottom with a ball valve. I can just put a bucket under it and turn the valve when I need some.
I have two more that I use for water changes. One to mix and age new Salt water and one to drain off the old tank water. My black ones from Vigo in Tampa are about 58 gallons each.

do you have an address, name or phone nuber? they are open on saturdays i take it?
Maybe i'll pick a few up @ that place ...

thanks,
