6 line ich?

I just got my six line today and put him in my AP24 gallon.
He is currently teh only fish besides 4 hermit crabs, 4 snails, and a pepermint shrimp.
There is 20 lbs of live rock in there as well.
The tank has finished cycling after a month.
Amonia: 0
Nitrate:0
Nitrite:.25
PH 8.2
temp 80
salt 1.022
I aclimated him for 2 hours adding more of my tank water every15 minutes.
I don't know for sure if it cis ich. It seems like he has like 4 sparkles on his tail.
Should I be worried?
He seemed fine. He was eating pods all over the tank and isn't rubbing against anything.
IS this just because he is stressed out?
Has this happened to any of you?
I find it wierd cause all my levels are down to nearly 0 and teh peprmint shrimp is doing great.
Should I just wait till tommorow before acting on anything?

cmon I need help he is know hiding in this cave in my live rock I am getting worried.

Don't get upset. First off, hiding is not uncommon for a newly introduced fish. Wrasses are skittish as a lot. The "sparkles" may be nothing at all, so watch it for a few days to see if they disappear. If they go away and then come back after a few more days,or you see them on other parts of the fish, post back.
Did I read correctly that you have a nitrite reading? There shouldn'
t be any trites in a fully cycled tank.
