Fell in love with the hobby, would love some feedback, any advice, what do the trained reefers see as any flaws.

I see no flaws, your tank is beautiful! Oh, one of my anal retentive pet peeves...clean the Green from the front glass. What type media are you using in the back? Still have the Bioballs?

Nice choice in corals: GSP, kenya tree, shrooms, xenia, and a hammer. They will do wonderfully for you in the less-than-optimal conditions smaller tanks can have and fill out quickly.

its actually a colt coral from i've heard, is the colt coral and kenyan tree synonymous , yes i will put some elbow grease in and get that stubborn algae off! I run live rock, with chemipure, and carbon, with the biocube protein skimmer. I really wish i could put an acan or a more colorful coral, maybe riccordias?

I didn't even see the leather in the background. I've always loved umbrella/toadstool leathers - though the frag I had never grew (stayed 1.5" in diameter for 8 years before it eventually disappeared below the rising tide of red shrooms).

how do you increase flow, and not disrupt everything? also, the xenia is spreading on a ridge and that ridge doesnt touch any rock so i think it would be cool if it spread throughout the ridge.

Your xenia, kenya and purple mushrooms will multiply like Gremlins :) I also started with those 3 species in my old 34 and now will never ever have them again in any future tank. They do well in nano's and will help to fill out the tank though. One day you may feel the same as me. It took about a year before I decided to ditch them.

You were told to increase your flow but for no apparent reason. All looks well and we can't see the movement from a still shot so I am not sure why that advice was given. If all is well, and it appears so, leave it alone.

regular WC's are a must on nano's IMO. I used to do 5 gallons a week on my 34. When I finally started to get lazy, algae went crazy :(

yea i do a 4.5 gallon water change a week, i really want to upgrade tanks, but everything is going so well with the fish and corals, i'm afraid to upset everything, is that a common fear?

Yes :) About a week after I upgraded from a 34-120, I already wanted to go to a 300. Good thing about having a small tank is you can leave it setup while your upgrade tank cycles. But I was still worried when I did the transfer after about 5-6 weeks of cycle on the 120.
