6 or 4 line wrasse?

mjoener

BAMs BAMs... I have a ton
I have a 14g BioCube and it is infested with red flatworms.
GROSS
I want to get a sixline or a fourline.
Is there any difference?

I have witnessed 2-3 different 6 Line Wrasse eating Planaria (Flatworms) in 3 separate tanks.

I haven't send any 4 Lines wrasse, maybe someone with more experience with them can chime in.

i got a six line wrasse for the same reason not doin much i think it depends on the fish. i think you might do better by siphon and blue life flatworm exit imo

i have a maroon and the wrasse in a fifty five gallon and they get into it sometimes i just got him though i think they get more territorial over timecuz when i first put him in he is was shy but now he's getting a little more bold but this is just my experience could be different . but do you want to risk it with the price tag on those clowns.

if you have a bad infestation i don't think the wrasse will do that much i think they'll reproduce faster then the wrasse can eat them

i had a bad infestation and i we got a scooter blenny that was eating flatworms and a mandarin and within the first week the flatworms were almost totally gone. Now all of them are gone and the mandarin and scooter live happily together in my tank.

i think a mandarin dragonet or scooter might be better more peaceful but once worms gone that tank is to small for mandarin not enough live rock but again never if the particular fish you get will eat the worms
