60 Gallon Marineland Rimless Cube

Just purchased the 60 Gallon Marineland Rimless Cube. I want a reef, and the ability to do all types of coral if I want. What Kessil Light would allow this? Is one 150w strong enough? Or would I need the 350w? Or would another LED be better for my wallet and performance?

I would personally go with the 360WE (the 150 and 350 have been replaced). I have a 160we (with two AI primes) over a Reefer 250 - The 160WE has a good spread but, I feel you would have quite a bit of shadowing in a 60 cube.

I don't have a rimless, but I do have a 60 cube with a corner overflow. I have a Kessil A360WE and I love it. It all depends on how you set it up and what you use to hang it. I have the gooseneck and the light is about 8 inches above the water. Completely fills the tank.

Just put an Aquaticlife Halo over my 60g rimless cube. Tank is just through cycling, doesn't have much in it yet, but so far, I _really_ like the light. Similar in concept to a Kessil, single spotlight source, a little different look... controller is built in, the tank mount (IHMO) is better.

As to growth rates, longevity, etc... only time will tell.

I recently set-up a Cad lights 50g. cube, 24x24x20 and after much research went with the AI Hydra 52. This light was recommended as the best bang for the buck light that would not limit what I kept.
